Briggs Nature Center
Located off State Road 951 in the Rookery Bay
National Estuarine Research Reserve. Features an interpretive Center,

Fakahatchee Strand State Preserve
This 20 mile-long area which is part of the Big
Cypress Swamp is sometimes known as the "orchid capital of the United

Florida Sports Park
Home of the famous Mile o' Mud, where swamp
