2/25/2010 - Tiger Point East was good! Posted by Shane (Tullahoma, TN)

This club has two outstanding eighteen hole courses. The East Course is a links-style championship course. There is water that comes into play on fourteen holes. The signature hole for this course is #5, a 390-yard, par 4, with an approach shot to an island green. Ron Garl and Jerry Pate designed nine new holes on the East Course, which were added in 1984, and Pate then did another redesign in 1989. The West Course is two separate nines where the front is more open than the back. The fairways have some sand bunkers. The West Course is the shorter of the two.

Enjoy 36 holes of championship golf sculpted into the tranquil shores of the Santa Rosa Sound. The "West" course is a strategic layout with a subtle yet challenging personality. The Jerry Pate designed "East" course boasts a Scottish-Style Links layout with an island green on the fifth hole. Designed with major tournament play in mind, it served as a favorite stop on the 1988 PGA Tour. The lush fairways, manicured greens and strategically placed water hazards greatly enhance the courses natural beauty.
