9/10/2010 - Although I played particularly poorly at this course, and we had to come off at the 16th due to thunderstorm, thoroughly enjoyed the layout and whole experience of The Rookery. 8/12/2010 - So far we're three weeks into a 12 round golfing holiday encompassing Sarasota, Naples, Ft Lauderdale, and Palm Coast. I can say that this course, with it's service, facilities, and price has been the absolute best so far. The course is challenging and the practice facilities are terrific. I've never had someone clean each club while hitting balls on the range. Granted, we played in the height of their summer off-season, but this was a FANTASTIC golf experience all around including lunch (burger special with fries and 2 beers for $10.00). You can't beat it.
