Customer Reviews (10)

3/30/2012 - Thanks to the Dunes Golf club personnel for accommodating us despite our late arrival and having a big golf outing on their course. Posted by Nate (Farmingtn Hls, MI)

3/12/2012 - The layout on the coures is nice. Posted by James (Calumet City, IL)

3/5/2012 - An interesting course in the same area as World Woods and with many of the same features including many waste areas and changes in elevation. Not the same conditioning as WW but not bad. Some interesting holes and certainly a challenge. Try not to arrive as a single, they eventually got me on but made a point of saying that they do not accept single players. Otherwise they were friendly and playing the course was certainly fun. Posted by David (Pugwash, NS CANADA)

12/29/2010 - Great layout and top conditioning. Last poster must have missed yardage marked on all sprinklers to front middle and back of greens and 150 stakes in center of each fairway. Known by good players as one of the best layouts in the Tampa area, now I see why. Don't miss play when in the area. Super treatment by staff from bag drop, starter, golf shop staff and ranger. Posted by Cody (Canada)

3/19/2010 - Recently revamped. All the courses we played did not have the distances well marked. No GPS. Decent score card with suggestions on how to play the hole. Posted by Gary (Morton Grove, IL)

3/11/2010 - Considering the weather was very cold for Florida, this courses greens in relation to the other courses we played were one of the best. Course is nice but a ways out of the way from the Gulf Coast Posted by Doug (Lloydminster, Canada)

2/19/2010 - Cold day but enjoyed it. Posted by Bill (Mediapolis, IA)

2/19/2010 - Great golf course, must play for any golf trip in the area. Posted by Ray (Summerfield, FL)

11/25/2009 - Great improvements from the renovations. I put it on a par with Pine Barrens. Nice work. Posted by Albert (Harshaw, WI)

10/22/2009 - We played this course before they renovated it. It was okay then, but "wow" what a change. The greens were in great shape. Posted by Michael (Gainesville, FL)

About Dunes Golf Club

7139-74.0-132 6744-72.2-129 6222-69.8-122 5613-66.9-115
The Dunes Golf Club is a hidden gem within the beautiful sand hills of West Central Florida. It is perfectly located in the popular Tampa Bay area and adjacent to Tom Fazio's World Woods Golf Club. The course was completely renovated last year, receiving rave reviews from golfers and media. World renowned golf architect Arthur Hills transformed the already stunning natural Florida landscape into what is quickly becoming known as one of the state's finest layouts. The Dunes, now in its "bigger, better, badder" version, offers a challenging layout combining Scottish-style links with modern features and native elements. Weather and natural forces continue to direct the evolution of this spectacular course. Dramatic elevation changes and ancient erosion-carved sand dunes will make your golf experience a memorable one. The casual clubhouse snack bar, staffed with only the finest customer service professionals, provides limited food and beverage service.
