Customer Reviews
3/4/2011 - We were put in brand new homes that were all on the golf course and located very close to the courses we played and to Baytowne Wharf. These homes were beautiful, spacious, and were cleaned every day. Fabulous! Posted by Mike (Oakton, VA)
11/26/2010 - Got to stay at the resort 2 nights and play the Baytowne course on Monday. The Hotel accomodations were nice, however, my room didn't have hot water. They changed rooms for me the next day and everything was fine. As for the golf course...Baytone is a nice layout with some very challenging holes and a fair amount of water. The grass was a little dormant so it probably wasn't as pretty as it might be in the spring and the summer, but it was in good shape and the greens were quite fast (but were surprisingly receptive). This is not a course that's in the same class as a Disney Palms (Orlando) or the King and the Bear (World Golf Village), but it was a nice course and the people who worked there were quite friendly and helpful. And here's a real plus, it was only 2 minutes from where I stayed. Posted by Mike (Oakton, VA) 7/1/2010 - Excellent room. Good service. Shuttle service to beach and village. Posted by Mel (Crawfordville, FL) 3/5/2010 - Accommodations were fine, weather was unusually cold from what we understood. Many pools, but none indoors. Posted by JackMiller (Park Ridge, IL) 2/25/2010 - Sandestin Golf Resort and Baytowne Golf Club was great! Posted by Shane (Tullahoma, TN) 11/13/2008 - Links was okay. Burnt Pine was one of the most beautiful I have ever played. Posted by Dick (Alex City, AL). 4/17/2008 - Just a spectacular property. Wonderful restaurants, the golf course one of the best we played. Stayed in our memory the whole trip even though we found lots more fun spots as we moved on. Posted by Ben (Fairview, TX). 2/4/2008 - A must go resort! Everything you need is on site i.e. restaurants, bars, nightclub, even a grocery store. Top notch accommodations as well, the villas are beautiful! Posted by Brian (Virginia Beach, VA). |
